Research confirms that conventional recruitment methods, such as resumes and interviews, are not always effective in identifying great candidates, particularly for neurodivergent individuals. These methods often create unnecessary obstacles that prevent candidates from demonstrating their true potential. That’s why Specialisterne’s Neurodiverse Hiring Programs are built on the Dandelion Methodology, which focuses on observing and valuing the diverse ways neurodivergent individuals think and work.
Our Assessment Process replaces non-inclusive interviews with hands-on, task-based evaluations, giving candidates the time and space to demonstrate their skills in a natural setting. This process is:

Our programs conclude with Workplace Coaching and Support, equipping neurodivergent employees and their managers with the tools for long-term success. By tackling both structural and attitudinal barriers, we create environments where neurodivergent employees can thrive, enabling businesses to unlock exceptional talent and drive meaningful inclusion.
