Operating in 26 countries, we have helped create over 10,000 meaningful careers for neurodivergent individuals while supporting businesses to achieve their inclusion goals.
Specialisterne Australia was established in 2015 to advance this global mission locally. Since then, we have worked with leading Australian employers and government agencies to deliver strategic advisory services, education, training, recruitment programs, and workplace coaching. Our goal is to support sustainable inclusion and empower neurodivergent individuals to thrive at work.
