Julie is focused on leading the team to Specialisterne Australia’s goal of enabling 12,000 open market careers for autistic individuals in by 2030. She works with business employers and government to change the way they think about autistic talent within the workplace through demonstration of alternative recruitment and sourcing activities and organisational cultural change and enablement training and practice support.

As part of the Senior Leadership team, Jason leads development of the strategy to drive and expand new business in collaboration. The role focuses on fostering and developing relationships with new and existing client businesses and government agencies including key policy makers and politicians. Jason helps businesses to identify areas of workforce need, and supports embrace a more diverse labour market.

The National Manager , Quality and Practice is a critical role that sits within the Senior Leadership team. Vicky leads the development and implementation of Specialisterne’s Practice and Quality strategy across all programs and activities. The role focuses on using our experience to date, the learnings and insights from our international partner branches of Specialisterne and other like-minded organisations and leaders in the field to ensure we continue to innovate and deliver high quality programs and activities for employers.

Nick’s role as Program Manager is to continue the expansion of Specialisterne in Australia by developing and delivering multiple projects and project teams in locations across Victoria, the Australian Capital Territory, South Australia and Tasmania. This role contributes to better employment opportunities and outcomes for autistic jobseekers as Specialisterne supports working with employers to support identification of and sourcing of autistic talent.

Angela’s Program Manager role is to continue the expansion of Specialisterne in Australia by developing and delivering multiple projects and project teams in locations across New South Wales, Queensland and the Northern Territory. This role contributes to better employment opportunities and outcomes for autistic jobseekers as Specialisterne supports working with employers to support identification of and sourcing of autistic talent.

Maurice works closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership team. His role is responsible for the oversight and monitoring of Specialisterne Australia’s financial performance and focuses on developing strong financial and operational systems to ensure the organisation can continue to grow.  Maurice’s primary objective is to make a positive contribution to the community.

Steph’s position primarily involves evaluating and monitoring Specialisterne Australia practices to inform quality improvement, practice, and business development. The Impact and Outcomes Consultant conducts and collaborates on research projects, data collection and service evaluation.

Brett is Specialisterne Australia’s IT guru!  Brett manages all aspects of IT for the assessment programs, both back-end and during programs. Brett is involved in the pre-program planning, sourcing and assessment stages of Specialisterne’s programs.
