Comprehensive Policy Review

The assessment began with an in-depth review of Infoxchange's HR policies and workplace procedures. This involved scrutinising every document related to employment, performance management, recruitment, and workplace accommodations to ensure they align with neurodiversity principles. The aim was to verify that these policies not only address neurodiversity but actively promote an environment where neurodiverse employees can thrive.

Engaging with Staff

Understanding the effectiveness of any policy or procedure requires more than just reviewing documents. Specialisterne conducted interviews with a diverse range of staff members across different levels of Infoxchange. These conversations provided invaluable insights into how neurodiversity is perceived and supported in day-to-day operations. Feedback from employees highlighted real-world experiences and the practical impact of Infoxchange's inclusivity efforts.

The Assessment Report: A Roadmap to Excellence

The culmination of this detailed evaluation was a comprehensive 58-page report. This document not only outlined the findings but also provided a roadmap for future improvements. The assessment confirmed that Infoxchange had a strong neuroinclusivity score, indicating that it is progressing their policies, procedures, and practices with best practices in neurodiversity.
